Changing Property Management: A Simple 2-Step Process
- Submit Your Request:
- Complete your request online or contact us by phone.
- We will email you an authorization form to appoint Merit Invest Real Estate as your property manager.
- Leave the Rest to Us:
- We will contact your current property manager to arrange the transfer of all information and keys.
- We will greet your current tenants and provide them with all necessary information.
- We will notify all relevant parties, including the water authority, council, insurance company, strata manager, and building manager, if applicable.
