Client Success Stories

Anthony proved to be an exceptional salesperson, securing a price for my apartment tens thousands above the market appraisal from other local agents—an outcome that left me incredulous. His extensive knowledge and experience in both real estate sales and construction, coupled with his unparalleled presentation of my property’s advantages, were instrumental in this achievement. He truly is an amazing, legendary, and miraculous professional.

I’m delighted with Anthony’s sales performance, achieving a record price for my property in the complex. The buyer is equally pleased with their purchase, thanks to Anthony’s adept presentation of the property’s unique features. His extensive knowledge and experience in real estate and construction were crucial in achieving these excellent results. Thank you, Anthony.

The consultants at the Merit Invest Real Estate told us about negative gearing and walked us through the process in a meeting. It has changed our life completely. Now we have two investment properties and looking to buy another one with them.

I’m so happy that I followed the advice of your investment consultant, otherwise, I would never have dreamt of owning a luxury home.

I found the staff at Merit Invest to be exceedingly supportive and helpful. It is reassuring to know that they are always willing to address any queries you may have.

We were renting an apartment before we called Merit Invest Real Estate. The consultants are very nice and came up with a personalised plan for us. And now we are living in our own home.

I was entirely satisfied with their services. They offered professional, expert, and exceptional investment consulting. I wholeheartedly recommend them to all my friends.

Merit Invest Real Estate formerly of AZ Property Group has managed my property since 2006, and I couldn’t be happier. They offer hassle-free, excellent service, with tenants staying 3 to 4 years and minimal maintenance costs for me. The property is always in superb condition. I’m extremely satisfied and fortunate to have them managing my investment.

Now renamed as Merit Invest Real Estate, AZ Property Group provides unparalleled management service. Tenants have stayed for about 8 years, and the property’s condition remains excellent. I am extremely satisfied with Merit Invest Real Estate’s services!

Anthony, formerly of AZ Property Group and now with Merit Invest Real Estate, achieved 15 sales in just 2 weeks, despite the quiet market! We are incredibly proud of you.
